The new Village

Jack's Point Village, Queenstown, New Zealand. Settle here.

Jack’s Point Village

A new sustainable lakefront township nestled in the panoramic Queenstown landscape.

Jack's Point Village comprises 14.2 hectares of land alongside Lake Tewa at the heart of the wider Jack’s Point community. The Village will become the primary commercial hub for the area, and will ultimately service an immediate adjacent population of over 7,000. The Village will serve as a tourism, shopping and recreational destination in its own right, and act as an important lodging base for the broader Queenstown market.

Village. Development.

Public spaces, experiences and interactive edges frame the the Village.

The Village is flat, readily buildable land. The overall development plan has been granted consent from the local zoning authorities. With work to reticulate services throughout the Village largely completed, the civil infrastructure stage covering the remainder of the Village is now underway.

Given its size, demand fundamentals, state of readiness and location in one of Australasia’s fastest growing communities, the Village represents a uniquely compelling investment opportunity.
