Administration Fee
Please provide receipt of the submission of this Membership application to the Vendor, to submit to the JPROA, along with payment of the administration fee.
Payment Option
An administration fee of $172.50 ($150+GST) is payable per transfer per lot.

Home Owners to Complete
Wastewater Maintenance Agreement
All home owners in Residential Neighbourhoods (i.e. all areas except The Preserve and The Village) must have a wastewater maintenance agreement with the Society’s approved maintenance contractor in place before occupying the house. If you do not enter into an agreement, the Society will do so on your behalf at a cost of $500+GST administration and accounting charges (in addition to any maintenance charges).

Golf Access
*Golf access is available for up to 2 property owners or their spouse/defacto/civil union partners (owners includes, where applicable trustees, named trust beneficiaries and shareholders). Plus up to 2 youth access for the children of JPROA members who are owners of Residential Dwellings or Vacant lots only. Details are set out in the relevant golf deeds.
If you wish to take up Club Membership instead of discounted green fees, please contact us after your property settles to arrange this.
