Property Transfer Form and Residents’ Society Membership Application

IMPORTANT: All new property owners must complete this application prior to settlement.

This application form is to be completed by the new property owner. What you’ll need to complete this form and important steps required include:

  1. WASTEWATER: For the purchase of properties within the Residential Precinct, please complete this step before proceeding further (nb. properties in The Preserve and Village Precinct are exempt).
    Residential Precinct properties are required under the Primary Covenant registered against each title to have a Wastewater Maintenance Agreement with the Society’s approved maintenance contractor in place before occupying the house. If you do not enter into an agreement, the Society will do so on your behalf at a cost of $500+GST administration and accounting charges (in addition to any maintenance charges).   2. ADDRESS: New property address details and deposit plan number

  3. SALE: Date of Unconditional Sale, Settlement Date, and property value at time of sale

  4. NEW OWNERS: New owner details, including any trustee if applicable

  5. CONTACTS: Contact information, including those of any tenant or property manager

  6. FEES: An administration fee of $172.50 ($150+GST) is payable per transfer per lot.
    Once the Membership application has been completed, receipt of this submission should be provided to the Vendors solicitor, to submit to the JPROA along with payment of the required transfer fee.
